4. Internship and Programs

Submitting an application for an internship or volunteer program does not guarantee selection. Participants must adhere to the NGO's code of conduct during fieldwork.

1. Technical Glitches & Errors

We understand that technical issues can occur. If a donor experiences a double deduction or an erroneous charge due to a technical glitch on the payment gateway, please report it to [email protected] within 3 days of the transaction.

2. Resolution Process

You must provide proof of the erroneous transaction (e.g., bank statement, transaction ID). Our financial team will validate the claim with our payment gateway partner. If proven to be a technical error on the gateway's part, a refund for the excess amount will be processed within 5-10 business days directly to the original payment method.

3. Tax Certificates

Once a tax exemption certificate (80G receipt) has been issued for a donation, under no circumstances can that donation be cancelled or refunded, as it involves government tax compliance reporting.
